Erica Holloway is a communications advisor & works under Pam Slater-Price.Pam is the Third District Supervisor for the county of San Diego.Erica Holloway is a hardcore user of Twitter & Facebook. Her job is to mainly get people to vote for Pam Slater-Price to run the third district. Erica gets paid by the votes that people place but not per click.
