Todaya's in class speaker was Erica Holloway. Erica Holloway is a communications advisor & works under Pam Slater-Price.Pam is the Third District Supervisor for the county of San Diego.Erica Holloway is a hardcore user of Twitter & Facebook. Her job is to mainly get people to vote for Pam Slater-Price to run the third district. Erica gets paid by the votes that people place but not per click. She highly recommends Twitter if you want people to know more about you & what you do. One thing I did not know is that the Democratic Party embraces Twitter. You can also get Internships through Twitter based on what you're interested in.

Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality seems to be like every other ISP provider out there. Such as Cox, TimeWarner and all the rest of the corporations that squeeze every dime they can out of pockets. I am not for it but it also an issue of where I feel helpless. There are a few ISP's out there but they all pretty much charge an arm and a leg. They obviously provide a great service that we all need but i thing the government at some point should jump in a put a price ceiling on the operation. Similar to the way they've done with oil.
